  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Coordinating with chauffeurs / Guides to ensure that they will be reported to the airport on time
  • Assist in vehicle inspection and quality control process
  • Attending emergency calls and collaborating with the appropriate departments.
  • Create and provide instant solutions under emergency situations with minimum supervision
  • Handling upon arrival briefing on their tour program
