Job Profile
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Coordinating with chauffeurs / Guides to ensure that they will be reported to the airport on time
- Assist in vehicle inspection and quality control process
- Attending emergency calls and collaborating with the appropriate departments.
- Create and provide instant solutions under emergency situations with minimum supervision
- Handling upon arrival briefing on their tour program
- Report to head office whenever there is a requirement and assist in documentation process
- Provide travel related information/ update with both guests and internal staff negotiation
- Maintain a good relationship with the immigration authorities and the airport personnel
- Working with the operations department when there are no arrivals or departures
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 01–02-year experience as a customer service or similar role
- Must be fluent in English is a key requirement
- Ability to work on roster basis
- Ability work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Should be a problem solver/ creative thinker
- Fair knowledge on Airport arrival/ Departure process
