Tour Manager (Vietnam)

Job Description



  • Prompt engagement with our customers (travellers) around the world over phone calls and

    emails

  • Gather travel requirements from customers

  • Offer quotes and travel itineraries using our systems

  • Provide travel consultation to travellers over the phone

  • Coordinating in transport allocation

  • Building a sustainable relationship with Vietnam suppliers and overseas customers

  • Build sustainable relationships with customer through open and interactive communication

  • Hire, Train and Manage your team members


 


Job Requirement



  • 05 year minimum work experience in Vietnam inbound travels

  • Should be able to manage a team (minimum 06 people)

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written) with clear communication skill over the phone

  • Great customer care personality

  • Telemarketing, Telesales, BPO experience would be an added advantage

  • Travel exposure within Vietnam and overseas will be considered

  • Target oriented with minimum supervision

  • Must be available to work from home
