Job Description

  • Prompt engagement with our customers (travellers) around the world over phone calls and emails

  • Gather travel requirments from customers

  • Offer quotes and travel itineraries using our systems

  • Provide travel consultation to travellers over the phone


Job Requirement

  • Diploma / Degree level of education or 2 year minimum work experience in inbound travels.

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)

  • Clear communication skill over the phone

  • Preferably females between age of 21 to 26

  • Great customer care personality

  • Telemarketing, Telesales, BPO experience would be an added advantage

  • Travel exposure within Sri Lanka and overseas will be considered

  • Extracurricular involements such as clubs, social work, industry-related activities, leadership programmes are specially considered

  • Great attitude to learn, grow fast and adapt into our culture
