Job Role
- Prompt engagement with our customers (travellers) around the world over phone calls and emails
- Gather travel requirements from customers
- Offer quote and travel itineraries using our systems
- Provide travel consultation to travellers over the phone
- Manage and guide junior-level team members
The Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree level of education
- 3 years minimum work experience in the travel industry
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Confidence in communication over the phone
- Exemplary customer care personality
- Travel exposure within Sri Lanka and overseas will be considered
- Extra curricular involvements such as sports, social work, clubs, industry-related activities, leadership programmes are specially considered
