Customer Relations Executive [Expired]

Job Description

  • Prompt engagement with our customers (travellers) around the world over phone calls and emails

  • Gather travel requirements from customers

  • Distribute inbound leads to sales force effectively through CRM system

  • Follow up with sales executives and make sure the customer requirements are met

  • Follwo up with customers and collect invoice value


Job Requirement

  • Diploma /Degree level of education or 2 year minimum work experience in inbound travels

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)

  • Clear communication skill over the phone

  • Preferably females between age of 21 to 26

  • Great customer care personality

  • Telemarketing, Telesales, BPO experience would be an added advantage

  • Travel exposure within Sri Lanka and overseas will be considered

  • Extracurricular involvements such as clubs, social work, industry-related activities, leadership programmes are specially considered

  • Great attitude to learn, grow fast and adapt into our culture
