Olanka Travels is a premier travel company operating a highly successful B2C business in Sir Lanka over the last nine years with a global presence in the UK, India, Vietnam, Indonesia and Australia. Olanka team is currently expanding our global operations, and we are looking for young and energetic individuals to join our team for the Customer Care Senior Executive/Manager role.
- Responsible for handling a team who provides the best online customer service
- Handling a team who has the first point of contact for a diverse of range of global customers. who prefer to use our live chat to seek information about our tours or need help in making the decision
- Responsible for maximizing sales in Olanka by proving exemplary customer service and giving leadership to the team
- Handling trainings and sales-related audits for the team
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business management, tourism management or relevant field
- Knowledge in Office application
- Minimum 4 years of customer care/ sales experience
- English language proficiency essential
- Experience in travel industry would be an added advantage
- Experience in team management would be an added advantage
- Bringing your unique personality to every customer interaction
- High level of leadership skills will be required to play the major role as a senior executive for the whole team
