- Proven customer support experience.
- Strong phone contact handling skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum ‘1- 2 years’ experience in customer care handling in Travel & Tourism Industry.
- Qualifications related to Tourism, Marketing and Business Management will an added value.
- Age below 28.
- Excellent communication skills in English Language (written spoken in must).
- Must be strong and committed to the company values and ability to work in a team.
