Job Description
- Prompt engagement with our customers (travellers) around the world over phone calls and emails
- Gather travel requirement to Vietnam & Cambodia from customers
- Offer quote and travel itineraries to Vietnam using our systems
- Provide Vietnam travel consultation to travellers over the WhatsApp
Job Requirement
- 2 year minimum work experience in Vietnam tours
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Preferred age category 24 – 35
- Great customer care personality
