I am Uvini who is an undergraduate following a Degree in Travel and Tourism at University of Kelaniya. • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. • Implement company work force plan and ensure recruiting of key talent to the organization. • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) • Focus on continuous improvements with internal procedures. • Support change management efforts and initiatives across the organization. • Provides clear and effective communication across the organization. • Administer personnel policies and practices, compliance with statutory, ISO and company policies and procedures. • Monitor HR executive to compile and update employee records. • Coordinate and handle inductions, training etc. • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. • Communicate with public services when necessary. • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Responsibilities 
  • Strategic planning and management of SEO, PPC & SMM campaigns.
  • Works collaboratively with our team and the customer to execute campaigns and strategies.

  • New Supplier registrations ( Hotels, Tour Guiders, Chauffeurs, Excursion Suppliers)
  • Renewing the existing supplier contracts
  • Get the team to maintaining the proper supplier records on CRM
  • Handling Transportation Arrangements and Transportation payments
