Job Description 
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve their satisfaction. 
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.

Job Requirements 
  • 1-2 years minimum experience as an inbound tour/sales consultant 
  • Sound knowledge in Travel and Tourism in Sri Lanka 
  • Excellent English communication skills in writing and speaking 
  • Other language skills are added advantage 
  • Sales & Marketing personality 
  • Motivated personality to provide customer service for foreigners 
  • Work hard & play hard and earn more attitude 
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites.
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Drive traffic to company pages.
  • Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance build and maintain our social media presence.

Profile of the ideal candidate
  • A degree in Marketing or Business Management or equivalent qualification such as CIM will be an advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven working records. (At least 3 years managerial level)
  • Passionate SEO & PPC and digital marketing in general.
  • Demonstrable experience SEO/SEM, Google analytic,HTML, keywords, Marketing database, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources.
  • Strong Leadership skill is a must.
Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for organizing, planning and operating tours for groups or individuals. 
  • Make sure that the tour runs smoothly under standards quality from venue to venue without any issue. 
  • Effectively handle the client and complains. 
  • Monitoring reservation confirmations and other booking. 
  • Deal with venue managers, ticket agents and promoters. 
  • Deal with drivers and look after their payments. 
  • Verifying the quality and amount of equipment prior to expeditions. 
  • Responsible in collecting outstanding balance from the clients and shopping follow up. 
  • Cooperation with the customer support team and advice in sales team related issues. 
  • Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements and customer needs are being fulfilled. 

Profile of the ideal candidate

  • Job Requirement Minimum 1 year Experience in similar capacity in travel industry. 
  • Being able to work with a team and having high attention to details. 
  • Having good public relations skills, negotiation skills, communication skills and IT skills. 
  • Flexible, adaptable and creative personality. 
  • Excellent command in English both written and oral. 
  • Part qualification in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism, Business or relevant field will be an added advantage. 
  • Senior Executive - Preferably males 
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly Management Accounts & Annual Accounts & liaise with the Auditors
  • Monitoring Cash flow to ensure company runs with a healthy liquidity position
Profile of the ideal candidate
  • Degree in Accountancy/Finance from recognized university/institute or
  • Member or passed finalist of CA/CIMA/ACCA/CMA.
  • 3-4 years of audit experienceis a must
  • Exposure of Hotel & Travel Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably male candidate with age 25-29 years
Key Responsibilities
  • Updating and maintaining on payroll related records.
  • Maintain & Preparing AB&H Forms, EPF/ETF & Gratuity Payments.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR polices & procedures.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR function.
  • Assist in the implementation of staff recognition programme and employee engagement activities.
  • Follow up Managing Directors projects entrusted to others and reporting the progress.
  • Arrange meetings and record minutes.

Profile of the ideal candidate
  • Candidate should possess a Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional Qualification
  • Excellent communication/ facilitation & strong analytical Skills
  • 1-2 years working experience in similar capacity 
  • You should be able to effectively work under pressurized circumstance.
